After completed his big money move to Man City, Klye Walker has broken 2 transfer records.
His move to City cost £54 million and makes him the most expensive defender in the world and also the most expensive English player beating David Luiz and Raheem Sterrling respectively.
Walker has signed a 5 year contract worth £130,000 a week and will be wearing the No.2 jersey in his new club.
Dani Alves was supposed to another right back signing for the club not until the Brazilian make a last minute U-turn and signed for PSG.
Now Walker will probably have no competition for the right back spot in the team as he is the only player that are well suited for the position.
In his first interview for the club, he says that he is excited to have signed for a big club like Manchester City and that manager, Pep Guardiola who is one of the best managers in the world, will bring his game to the next level.
The right back is City’s third signing of the summer after Bernardo Silva from Monaco and high profile goalkeeper Ederson from Benfica.
