barcelona close to signing coutinho and dembeleGM: “Hopefully Coutinho will end up wearing Barca shirt”.

Barcelona are in need of quality addition to the squad right now with double deal of Coutinho and Dembele from Liverpool and Dortmund respectively.

The Catalans are badly exposed in both legs of Spanish Super Cup by their arch rival, Real Madrid.

They were simply not up to par and deserved to lose both legs.

After losing the Spanish Super Cup to Real Madrid last night, Barcelona GM, Pep Segura revealed that the club are closing in on completing the transfer of Coutinho and Dembele.

“The deals are both close and hopefully they will wear the Barcelona shirt at the end but until the deals are closed, I will not say anything” said the GM.

Barcelona have just recently close the deal for Paulinho who arrived from China worth around £40 million.

The midfielder will be in Spain on Thursday before revealing.

PSG new superstar, Neymar took to Instagram to congratulate Paulinho in completing his move to Barcelona and wishes his compatriot to be as happy as he is in Barcelona.

Coutinho is currently out of action for Liverpool’s last two games due to a back injury.

The play maker shocked the world after submitting transfer request HOURS AFTER the KOP owner are adamant that the player will not be sold at any price on their club’s website.

Liverpool have rejected three bids from Barcelona and Jurgen Klopp is fed up on answering the media that he will not sell Coutinho to Barcelona.

Ousmane Dembele on the other side is having a stand off against Dortmund.

He is currently being suspended by the German giants after missing on training purposely after knowing Dortmund initially rejected bid from Barcelona.

Both deals if completed will total up close to £180 million which are still lesser than the amount they get from selling Neymar.
